microusbA new standard on mobile phone charger has been approved by United Nations. We beleive this is a good solution.

The Open Mobile Terminal Platform (OMTP) that include manufacturers as Nokia, Samsung, Motorola, Sony Ericsson and LG has earlier agreed that micro-USB should be the standard for mobile phone connections. Now we are waiting for the manufacturers of cameras to agree about the same standard. It would be great to be able to travel with only one charger for the mobile phone and the camera.
